Dan was able to make a case to BMW and through that they made a financial contribution to the labour costs of replacing the engine (50/50) and the engine was replaced free of charge

Every time my Countryman comes in I am loan a nice MINI and the work is done on time and to my satisfaction. If there is any unexpected work needed then I am updated and politely informed to what is the best course of action.

Phone call at approx 2pm to say service was complete, but I could collect it at 5 after it was washed. I told them to forget the wash, why would you drive through rush hour if you don't need to.

Although I was told how busy they are, I was disappointed that my Mini wasn't cleaned. I was told, by Dan, that I could drop it off another time to have it cleaned, I just don't have the time to do that.

The staff were not pushy & let me make decisions in my own time. They were knowledgable about the car & took time to link in my phone & show me the controls etc. When I had a query they rang me back to check if the car was still ok & advise given.

the service was fast and efficient and I was told the car would be washed and valeted on my picking it up. I gave fair warning of my arrival based around another appointment but the car was not ready on time and I was forced to leave with it unwashed

The above action meant our 2 cars making 4 visits to take and pick up the mini and I feel we've been charged twice for labour for their mistake.
