I took advantage of early start by dropping car off at 7.15am. Requested car to be done early due to work commitments. Nothing had been completed by lunchtime leaving me to make alternative arrangements.
Able to book car in next day, polite and friendly service, excellent coffee and facilities. Service rep was brilliant.

Unfortunately there was a mix up with an appt but it was rectified but it meant me waiting around for 30 mins then leaving. I did receive an apology but at the time it was rather frustrating and left in rush hour traffic!

I thought the cost was very high. I was quoted 319 for a service and MOT, but when checking in I was told the MOT was an additional £29. This was quickly rectified without fuss. I was then told I would need brake fluid at additional £75.
The chrome trim on my handbrake lever was broken

I knew that as part of my service the car would have a software upgrade. I didn't get any information as to what had changed and had some surprises on the first journey.
Everything was explained to me both before and after the service.
When the car was returned to our address all fans and a/c was turned. When my wife took the car out later and turned everything on there was a loud rattling noise, so she asked for the car to be collected. Knight were unable to do that on the day...
The service was great it's mini themselves I am disgusted with Owned the vehicle for 6 months with a 12 month used car warranty to find out that the key fob which is faulty is not covered and I would have to pay £120.00 plus for a replacement

For the first time in almost 5 years of using the service department I found the cost of the service quite expensive. I also had a quote for new discs and pads front and rear which was very expensive, hence I didn't go ahead with the work!
